Fieldnote is a private voice journal for Apple Watch, currently preparing for launch. We are glad to help with early access, TestFlight, and the app.
Contact support
Email [email protected] with a brief description of what happened, your iPhone and Apple Watch model, and their software versions. We will reply by email.
Please do not include recordings, transcript text, or other private journal content unless it is essential to the issue and you are comfortable sharing it.
Early access and TestFlight
Fieldnote is not yet publicly available. You can request early access from the Fieldnote home page. A small group of Apple Watch owners will be invited before launch.
If your request is selected, an invitation arrives by email. There is no public TestFlight link.
A helpful support request
Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when it happened. Screenshots are useful when they do not show private journal content. We may ask a follow-up question to understand the issue, but we do not need access to your journal to provide ordinary support.
